Mental Health Awareness Week (13-19 May 2024)

Workshop was conducted on mindfulness. Important take away from this year's Mental Health Awareness week,

  1. Give priority to your mental and physical wellbeing, self-care is crucial.

  2. Go for a walk or do any physical activity to release "feel good" hormones to reduce stress

  3. Set realistic goals and expectations

  4. Focus on positivity

  5. Do not hesitate to seek professional help
