My name "KRITI" means creation, and my focus is to create a holistic approach that is sensitively tailored to meet an individual's needs. I blend different therapy techniques as Regression, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Parts Therapy, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Time-line therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), etc. to treat a wide range of conditions.

I have a Masters degree in Applied Psychology, along with Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I specialise in Clinical Hypnotherapy, with Practitioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy (Dip.Hyp.HWHP). I'm registered with GHR (General Hypnotherapy Registry), CNHC (Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council) and PHPA (Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association).

My passion is to help you become mentally fit and stronger by providing the appropriate tools to help you reach your goal. I can help you explore your inner strength, realise your true potential and build your confidence and self-esteem.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Will I lose Control in Hypnosis?

No, you are in control and in charge at all times. You will be completely aware of your surroundings and everything going on. You cannot be made to say, think or do anything against your will and belief. Hypnosis is not a sleep, it's a heightened state of relaxation.

What if I am unable to get hypnotised?

Every individual has the ability to get hypnotised because it's a natural, normal state that each individual enter upon awakening and falling asleep. People are responsive to different approaches, it's a matter of finding the way that works best. As long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No, you can't get stuck in hypnosis. You'll always come out of a trance.  Hypnotherapy is a very safe practice.

How many sessions will I need?

This will depend on your problem. On average 4-6 sessions, but, some clients need more, some need less depending on the problem they wish to work on.

Hypnosis is a state of mind, enhanced by mental and physical relaxation, in which our subconscious mind is able to communicate with our conscious mind. By working in a relaxed state, I can establish contact and build rapport with your unconscious mind and assist you to make the changes you require. Hypnotherapy is increasingly  being seen as highly effective therapy for a wide range of psychological and behavioural disorders. Hypnotherapy reduces stress and anxiety through deep guided relaxation and visualisation. 

My therapeutic method is tailored to meet your needs and expectations. I have a unique approach in looking into your problem and come with a treatment plan by using different styles and techniques to bring about fast and effective positive change in your life which will help you to achieve your desired goal. 

I offer both onsite and online sessions (via zoom call). For onsite sessions, my clinic is based in Kidbrooke Village.
